When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, project message and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. We also receive the information you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
The website and its hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request time and server logs to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. Information in a business relationship may include correspondence, agreed work and billing details.

We use enquiries to reply, discuss a possible project and take steps you request before a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where relevant; otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
Technical logs and security checks support the legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and secure. If a project becomes a contract, we process the information needed to perform it and to meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

The website is hosted by cyber_Folks d.o.o. in Croatia, which may process technical information and server logs needed to provide and secure the hosting service. The email service and other technical providers may process information on our behalf to run communications. Elementor powers the contact form; security and anti-spam services may help protect it. Information is shared with other parties only where needed for a requested service or required by law.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy information. You can always use email instead.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on the request, then reviewed and deleted when they are no longer relevant. Project and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable Croatian law. Security logs are kept for a limited period according to hosting and security settings.

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, as relevant to the provider. Contact us for more information about a specific service.

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
